1. Yak-3 flown by Roger Sauvage, a French pilot flying with the Free French Normandie Niemen group on the Russian front. Sauvage was credited with 16 victories. Stalin himself decided that the French volunteers were to be keep their aircraft after their return to France, and the Yak-3 entered service in France for a short period. ***
2. Yak-3 preserved in the Yugoslav Aeronautical Museum. Yugoslavia and France were among the few foreign countries to operate the Yak-3 after World War II. ***
3. Yak-3 of the 14th GvIAP, Baltic Fleet, 1944, flown by Semen Rogovoy. The aircraft was donated to the pilot by soldiers of the Amur Military Flotilla.
